According to the instruction manual, it takes approximately 5 to 6 hours to fully charge the Livoo TEA243 Power Bank using the USB/Micro-USB charging cable provided. It is recommended to fully charge the power bank before the first use. The LED lights on the power bank will indicate the battery capacity during the charging process. When the power bank is fully charged, the LED lights will stop flashing.
