To replace the battery in the ALATECH CS012 Heart Rate Strap, follow these steps:
1. Use a coin to twist the battery cover counterclockwise to open it.
2. Remove the cover and insert the new battery (CR2032) into the sensor with the positive (+) side facing up.
3. Place the battery cover back on and use a coin to twist it clockwise to close it securely.
