To install the Lucci air 216110 Farron 132cm DC Ceiling Fan, follow these steps:
1. Start by installing the mounting bracket to the ceiling joist or structure using the provided screws. Make sure the bracket is capable of supporting the weight of the fan.
2. If you have an angled ceiling, make sure the maximum 11-degree angle is supported by the fan's hanging system.
3. Lift the fan assembly onto the mounting bracket, ensuring that the registration slot on the hanger ball is positioned on the stopper of the mounting bracket to prevent rotation during operation.
4. Install the fan blades by aligning the holes on the blades with the holes on the rotating member of the fan motor assembly. Use the provided screws and washers to secure the blades evenly.
5. Install the motor housing by locking the three motor housing screws.
6. Install the downrod by removing the ball joint and dowel pin from the downrod, feeding the fan wires through the downrod, and assembling the downrod into the downrod coupling housing. Secure the downrod with set screws and cover it with the bolt and pin cover.
7. Lift the fan assembly onto the mounting bracket again, ensuring that the key slot on the hanger ball is positioned on the key pin of the mounting bracket to prevent rotation.
8. Complete the electrical wiring by connecting the live, neutral, and earth wires from the mains supply to the terminal block on the mounting bracket, and then connecting the supply wiring from the mounting bracket to the input of the DC motor receiver. Make sure to follow the wiring diagram provided in the manual and consult a licensed electrician for assistance.
9. Insert the remote receiver above the hanger ball in the mounting bracket, taking care not to damage any wiring.
10. Finish the installation by securing the canopy to the mounting bracket, installing the bottom cover, and attaching the remote control holder to a suitable wall.
