To clean the GENIANI XL Heating Pad, you can either machine wash it or hand wash it. If using a washing machine, make sure to use a mild detergent, cool water, and a gentle/delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry the pad, instead, line dry it or lay it flat to dry. It is important to ensure that the product is completely dry before the next use. Please note that the manufacturer advises against dry cleaning, bleaching, using a wringer, or ironing the heating pad.
