The 5-year Whole of System Warranty covers any faults or defects in relation to the products supplied or the installation workmanship of the positive energy SOLUTIONS Solar System. If your system encounters a fault or defect within the first 5 years of operation, Positive Energy Solutions will rectify the fault at no cost to you. This warranty includes the repair and/or replacement of components and onsite labor. However, it is important to note that certain limitations and exclusions apply to this warranty. These include damage caused by weather or natural events, faults or damage caused by external factors or events (such as vandalism), tampering or repair by a party other than Positive Energy Solutions, visual items that do not affect system performance, faults or damage caused by the electricity grid, non-compliance with operating instructions, and incidental or consequential loss related to a fault or defect.
