To assemble and use the Delimano MG5012-GS Meat Mincer, please follow these steps:
1. Before using the meat mincer for the first time, make sure to clean all the detachable parts such as the food pusher, funnel, meat tube, mincing xxxx , blade, blade disk, and lock nut.
2. Assemble the meat tube to the main unit by pressing the release button and inserting the meat tube into the main unit. Rotate it counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
3. Assemble the mincing xxxx , blade, blade disc, and lock nut into the meat tube. Make sure the sharp end of the blade is facing towards the blade disk when assembling.
4. Insert the tray into the meat tube.
5. Set the power switch to the "O" position before plugging the device into a power supply.
6. Place a bowl under the lock nut to catch the processed meat.
7. Press the power switch to the "ON" position to start the mincing process. Gradually feed the meat pieces into the meat tube using the pusher. Note: Cut the meat into boneless, sinewless, and fatless pieces of approximately 20mm x 20mm x 60mm. Do not push the food into the device with your hand.
8. The maximum operation time per cycle should not exceed 7 minutes, and a minimum of 10 minutes rest time should be maintained between two consecutive cycles.
9. After mincing, unplug the device from the power supply. Disassemble the meat tube from the main unit by pressing the release button and rotating the meat tube assembly clockwise.
To use the reverse function:
- In case of jamming, press the power switch to the "O" position and allow the mincing xxxx to come to a complete stop.
- Press and hold the power switch to the "R" position to rotate the mincing xxxx in the opposite direction and free the meat tube. If this is not successful, unplug the device and clean it manually.
To make sausages:
1. Assemble the meat tube into the main unit.
2. Assemble the mincing xxxx , kibbe cone, sausage funnel, and lock nut as illustrated in the manual.
3. Slide a small intestine onto the sausage funnel and place minced meat into the tray.
4. Press the power switch to the "ON" position, and the minced meat will enter the intestine.
Remember to unplug the device from the power supply before cleaning. Disassemble all the parts (except the main unit) and clean them in warm soapy water. Some parts are not dishwasher safe, so wash them by hand. Dry all the parts thoroughly before storing.
