To adjust the stroke rate on the HILTI SJD 6-22 Cordless jig saw, follow these steps:
1. Locate the thumbwheel on the product. The thumbwheel is used to adjust the stroke rate.
2. Turn the thumbwheel to the desired position. The stroke rate can be adjusted from 75 strokes per minute to 3,000 strokes per minute.
3. Position 1 on the thumbwheel corresponds to 800 strokes per minute, while position 6 corresponds to 3000 strokes per minute. You can set the stroke rate anywhere between these two positions.
4. Depending on how far you press the on/off switch, the stroke rate will start at 75 strokes per minute and increase to the number of strokes per minute set by the thumbwheel.
By adjusting the stroke rate, you can customize the cutting performance and quality of cut to suit the material you are cutting.
