To configure the TxMini-M12-485 temperature transmitter, you will need to use the DigiConfig software. Here are the steps to configure the transmitter:
1. Download and install the DigiConfig software from the manufacturer's website.
2. Connect the TxMini-M12-485 transmitter to your computer using an RS485 interface.
3. Run the DigiConfig software and select the Configuration tab.
4. Choose the serial COM port that the DigiConfig software will use to communicate with the transmitter.
5. In the Search Options field, select the Temporary box.
6. Click the Search button to detect the device.
7. The device will appear in the Devices field as a Temporary device.
8. Click on the temporary device in the tree to open the device configuration window.
9. In the Device Configuration field, you can edit parameters such as Input Type, Offset, Filter, Error Value, Unit, Baud Rate, Parity, Modbus Address, and more.
10. Edit the parameters according to your requirements.
11. Click the Apply button to send the configuration data to the transmitter.
12. After the configuration transfer is complete, a window will pop up indicating the success of the operation.
13. You can now disconnect the transmitter from the computer and install it in your desired location.
