To control the ROBe HALO RGB and Driver LED Pixel Lighting using DMX, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Connect the HALO RGB frames and the HALO Driver using the industry standard 4-pin XLR scroller cables.
2. Connect the HALO Driver to your DMX controller using a locking 5-pin XLR cable.
3. Make sure your DMX controller is set to the correct protocol (USITT DMX-512) and mode (4).
4. Assign the control channels for the HALO RGB frames on your DMX controller. Each HALO RGB frame requires 3 control channels for R, G, and B colors, and an additional control channel for dimming.
5. Use the DMX controller to program the desired effects and colors for the HALO RGB frames. You can control each individual RGB pixel and create various effects such as color rainbow, strobe chases, waves, and pulses at different speeds and directions.
6. You can also use the HALO Driver's 2 layer personality to enable x-fade, snap, or mix between different effects and states.
Please refer to the ROBe HALO RGB and Driver LED Pixel Lighting Instruction Manual for more detailed instructions and programming examples.
