To power on the 301SY, push and quickly release the Power Button. The display will turn on in a few seconds. To put the tablet in Standby mode, push and quickly release the Power Button. To turn off the tablet for extended storage, use any software function that "shuts down computer" provided in the software operating system. It is recommended to use the AC-DC adapter to fully charge the battery pack when setting up the tablet for the first time. To conserve power, you can use the Power Button to put the tablet in "Standby" mode when not in use. Pushing briefly on the same button will wake up the system within seconds.
