To properly install the Esatto ETM Series 236L Top Mount Refrigerator, please follow these guidelines:
1. Two person installation: It is recommended to use two or more people to move and install the appliance to avoid any back or other injuries.
2. Freestanding design: This refrigerator is designed to be freestanding only and should not be recessed or built-in.
3. Floor surface: Ensure that the refrigerator is placed on a dry, sturdy, and level surface that is strong enough to support its weight, especially when it is fully loaded.
4. Ambient temperature: The ambient temperature should correspond to the climate class (T) indicated on the rating plate of the appliance, which is between 16°C and 38°C.
5. Clearances: Allow at least 10cm of clear space at the back of the refrigerator for proper air circulation to cool the compressor and condenser. Also, maintain 10cm of clear space at the sides and 30cm between the top and any surface above. If installing the refrigerator next to a fixed wall, leave enough space on the hinge side for the door to swing open.
