To assemble and use the Delimano Joy Meat Mincer Pro, please follow these steps:
1. Before the first use, clean all detachable parts such as the food pusher, funnel, meat tube, mincing xxxx , blade, blade disk, and lock nut thoroughly.
2. Assembling for blending:
- Press the release button on the main unit and insert the meat tube into the main unit, rotating it counter-clockwise until locked.
- Assemble the mincing xxxx , blade, blade disk, and lock nut into the meat tube, ensuring the sharp end of the blade faces towards the blade disk.
- Insert the tray into the meat tube.
- Set the power switch to the "O" position before plugging in the device.
- Place a bowl under the lock nut to catch processed meat.
- Press the power switch to the "ON" position and gradually feed the meat piece into the meat tube using the pusher. Do not push food into the device with your hand.
3. Notes for blending:
- Cut all foods into pieces (sinewless, boneless, and fatless meat is recommended, approximate size: 20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm).
- The maximum operation time per cycle should not exceed 7 minutes, and a minimum rest time of 10 minutes should be maintained between two consecutive cycles.
- After mincing, unplug the device, disassemble the meat tube from the main unit by pressing the release button and rotating the meat tube assembly clockwise.
4. Reverse function:
- In case of jamming, set the power switch to the "O" position and allow the mincing xxxx to come to a complete stop.
- Press and hold the power switch to the "R" position to rotate the mincing xxxx in the opposite direction and free the meat tube. If unsuccessful, unplug the device and clean it manually.
5. Making sausages:
- Assemble the meat tube into the main unit.
- Assemble the mincing xxxx , kibbe cone, sausage funnel, and lock nut.
- Slide a small intestine onto the sausage funnel and place minced meat into the tray.
- Press the power switch to the "ON" position, and the minced meat will enter the intestine.
