To install the batteries in the VONYX MEG020 952.004 20W Record and Siren megaphone, follow these steps:
1. Press the battery compartment unlock button located on the top cover of the megaphone.
2. Open the top cover to access the battery compartment.
3. Insert 4 size D batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring that the +/- terminals match correctly.
4. Close the top cover and secure it with the latch.
Please note that the batteries should be inserted properly to ensure proper functioning of the megaphone. If the megaphone does not work, you can try removing the batteries and reinserting them, making sure they are in contact properly.
It is also important to note that if the megaphone is not going to be used for a long period of time, it is recommended to remove the batteries and store them separately to prevent any potential damage caused by leaking batteries.
