To clean the ceramic glass cooktop on your Whirlpool W11439187B Electric Cooktop, follow these steps:
1. Make sure all controls are off and the cooktop is cool.
2. Use a cooktop scraper to remove any food residue or spills from the surface. Hold the scraper at a 45-degree angle and apply pressure to remove stubborn stains.
3. Apply a few drops of affresh® Cooktop Cleaner to the affected areas.
4. Use a blue Cooktop Cleaning Pad to rub the cleaner onto the cooktop surface. Apply some pressure to remove stubborn stains.
5. Allow the cleaner to dry to a white haze.
6. Polish the cooktop with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 as necessary for stubborn or burned-on stains.
Note: Do not use steel wool, abrasive powder cleansers, chlorine bleach, rust remover, or ammonia on the ceramic glass cooktop. These may cause damage.
