To change the weight unit on the Amazon Basics EK3211 Stainless Steel Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned off.
2. Press the "Unit and Mode Conversion" button (the button with the icon of a scale and an arrow) to turn on the scale.
3. The default weight unit is grams (g). If you want to switch to pounds and ounces (lb:oz), press the "Unit and Mode Conversion" button again. The weight unit will change to lb:oz.
4. To switch back to grams (g), press the "Unit and Mode Conversion" button once more.
Note: When using grams (g) as the weight unit, the default volume unit is milliliters (ml). When using pounds and ounces (lb:oz) as the weight unit, the default volume unit is fluid ounces (fl'oz).
