To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius on the Goodbaby FC-IR2000 Infrared Thermometer, you need to remove the batteries by removing the battery cover. Underneath the battery compartment, there is a toggle switch with "F" up and "C" down. Simply switch the toggle to the desired temperature unit, either Fahrenheit or Celsius, and then insert the batteries back into the thermometer. The thermometer will now display temperature readings in the selected unit.
