To set the temperature and time on the Chefman Sous Vide Immersion Circulator, follow these steps:
1. Fill a container with water and attach the Chefman Sous Vide Immersion Circulator to the side of the container.
2. Plug in the immersion circulator and press the power button to turn it on.
3. Use the up and down arrow buttons to set the desired temperature. The temperature range is between 32°F (0°C) and 194°F (90°C).
4. Press the play/pause button to confirm the temperature setting.
5. Use the up and down arrow buttons to set the desired cooking time. The maximum cooking time is 99 hours and 59 minutes.
6. Press the play/pause button to confirm the cooking time setting.
7. The immersion circulator will start heating the water to reach the set temperature. The display will show the current water temperature.
8. Once the water reaches the set temperature, the immersion circulator will maintain it throughout the cooking process.
9. To stop the cooking process before the set time is reached, press the power button to turn off the immersion circulator.
10. After cooking, carefully remove the immersion circulator from the water and unplug it from the power source.
