To set the autofocus mode on the Canon EOS-7D Mark-II Digital SLR Camera, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera and press the AF Point Selection button (located near the top-right corner of the rear of the camera) to activate the autofocus mode selection.
2. Use the Main Dial (located near the shutter button) to select the desired autofocus mode. The available options are as follows:
- One-Shot AF: This mode is suitable for still subjects. The camera focuses once when the shutter button is pressed halfway.
- AI Servo AF: This mode is ideal for tracking moving subjects. The camera continuously adjusts focus as long as the shutter button is held halfway.
- AI Focus AF: This mode automatically switches between One-Shot AF and AI Servo AF depending on the subject's movement. It is useful when shooting a combination of still and moving subjects.
3. Once you have selected the desired autofocus mode, press the AF Point Selection button again to exit the autofocus mode selection.
