To change the ISO settings on the Canon EOS-7D camera, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera and set it to the desired shooting mode (e.g., Manual, Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, etc.).
2. Press the ISO button, located on the top right side of the camera body, near the LCD screen.
3. Use the Main Dial (located near the shutter button) or the Quick Control Dial (located on the back of the camera) to scroll through the available ISO options.
4. As you scroll, the ISO value will be displayed on the top LCD screen and/or the rear LCD screen.
5. Release the ISO button once you have selected the desired ISO value.
Note: The ISO range on the Canon EOS-7D camera is from 100 to 6400, with the option to expand it to H1 (12800) and H2 (25600) for higher sensitivity.
