To set the cooking time and temperature on the Maxima 08560260 Combi Steamer Digital Oven, follow these steps:
1. Press the "ON/OFF" key located under the oven base to power on the oven.
2. From the "HOME" screen, touch the symbol for "COOKING PARAMETERS" to access the cooking settings.
3. On the "COOKING PARAMETERS" screen, you can set the preheating temperature, cooking phases, delayed start, cooking time, cooking temperature, humidity percentage, and fan speed.
4. To set the cooking time, touch the symbol for the cooking time parameter and use the keyboard that appears to enter the desired value (hours and minutes). Touch the symbol to confirm.
5. To set the cooking temperature, touch the symbol for the cooking temperature parameter and use the keyboard to enter the desired value. Touch the symbol to confirm.
6. Once you have set the desired parameters, touch the symbol to start the cooking cycle.
