To enroll devices into your Nexia Home Intelligence system, please follow these steps:
1. Activate your account: Visit mynexia.com and click on "Sign up now" to create your account. No credit card or payment information is required for the trial subscription.
2. Complete your account activation: Follow the online instructions to complete your account activation. You can choose to enroll compatible products at this time or at a later time.
3. Enroll devices: If you choose to enroll devices during the account activation, use the Enrollment Cart to select the devices you want to add to your account. Follow the prompts to enroll each device. If you don't have any devices yet, you can select the "I don't have any devices yet" button and continue with your activation.
4. Download the app: Download the Nexia Home Intelligence app to your mobile smartphone or tablet from the respective app store (Apple, Android, or WindowsPhone). After downloading the app, login to your new account on mynexia.com.
5. Add your smartphone or tablet: On the mobile app, enter the 12-digit activation code or use the same login for the web portal to activate your mobile device. Follow the prompts to add your smartphone or tablet and customize settings.
