To install the WEIL-McLAIN Series 2 Wall Mount Gas-Fired Multi-Boiler Wiring Kit, follow these steps:

1. Shut down the power to the boiler to ensure safety.
2. Remove the front door of the boiler by disengaging the two latches at the sides and pulling it away from the boiler.
3. Remove the control tray cover plate by unscrewing the two Phillips head screws and pulling it away from the tray.
4. Label all wires before disconnecting them to avoid wiring errors during servicing.
5. Measure and mark the mounting location for the junction box, ensuring some slack to avoid stressing the wiring.
6. Install the junction box to a nearby surface using the four supplied screws. For drywall installations, use the included drywall anchors.
7. Route the 5-pin side of the supplied harness through the low voltage knockout on the bottom of the boiler cabinet, behind the control mounting bracket, and through the large opening on the top right of the control mounting bracket.
8. Press the mounting clip through the hole in the right side of the control mounting bracket and firmly insert the grommet into the knockout in the bottom of the boiler cabinet.
9. Connect the Ethernet side of the harness into the circuit board in the junction box and firmly install the grommet.
10. Follow the wiring instructions provided in the manual for RS485 communication harness endpoint circuit board and Boiler-to-Boiler wiring connections.
11. If using BMS, use the wiring harness supplied with the boiler and tie in field wiring using wire nuts. Follow the provided leads for BMS connections.
12. If using MODBUS communication, wire terminal JP4 to the BMS control and adjust the necessary Modbus settings on the display.
13. Reinstall the junction box front panel, control bracket front panel, and boiler door securely.
