To change the ISO settings on the Canon 40D 10.1MP Digital SLR Camera, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera and press the "Menu" button located on the back of the camera.
2. Use the arrow buttons (located on the top right side of the camera's back) to navigate through the menu options.
3. Scroll down to the "ISO speed settings" option and press the "Set" button located in the middle of the arrow buttons.
4. You will now see a list of ISO speed options. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the desired ISO speed.
