To install the ventev Co-Locating Mounting Platform Series on a wood utility pole, follow these steps:
1. Drill a hole through the center of the pole.
2. Attach the included 5/8 threaded rod to the pole.
3. Hang the bracket on the rod.
4. Secure the bottom of the bracket with the supplied lag bolt.
Make sure to tighten the nuts on the eight studs connecting the two brackets to 6 ft-lbs. This will ensure a secure installation.
Note: The ventev Co-Locating Mounting Platform Series also offers other mounting options such as pipe installation and banding for poles. Please refer to the manual for detailed instructions on these mounting options.
