To set up the BroadLink RM Mini3 Black Bean Universal Remote, follow these steps:
1. Download and install the "BroadLink" app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Connect the RM Mini3 to a power source using the provided USB cable.
3. Open the BroadLink app and create an account if you don't have one.
4. Tap the "+" button in the top right corner of the app to add a device.
5. Select "Universal Remote" and choose the RM Mini3 from the list of available devices.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the RM Mini3 to your Wi-Fi network.
7. Once connected, the app will automatically search for available infrared devices.
