There could be a few reasons why the scale is not displaying any data or the data disappears quickly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check the batteries: Ensure that the batteries are properly installed and replace them if necessary.
2. App connectivity: Make sure that your smartphone's software is iOS 8.0 or higher or Android 6.0 or higher. Download and open the latest version of the Fitdays App. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, and for Android 6.0 or higher, make sure the location is enabled.
3. Body fat measurement: Ensure that you are stepping on the scale with dry and bare feet. The scale cannot measure body fat percentage if you are wearing shoes or socks.
4. Personal data: Double-check that you have entered all your personal data through the Fitdays app. The scale relies on this information for accurate measurements.
If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
