To set up and connect the Lutron Caséta Smart Hub, follow these steps:
1. Install the Lutron Smart BridgeTM: Connect the Smart BridgeTM to your Wi-Fi router using the provided Ethernet cable. Then, connect the power cord to the Smart BridgeTM and plug it into an outlet.
2. Download the Lutron app: Visit www.casetawireless.com/LutronApp to download the Lutron app on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Walk through setup: Open the Lutron app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Lutron Caséta Smart Hub. The app will guide you through the process of connecting your devices and configuring settings.
4. Connect your devices: Once the setup is complete, you can start connecting your devices to the Lutron Caséta Smart Hub. The Smart Hub is compatible with various devices, including Serena shades, Lutron Caséta wireless dimmers, and other supported smart home devices like Alexa, Apple Home Kit, Ecobee, Google Assistant, Ring, Honeywell, Logitech, Samsung SmartThings, and Sonos.
5. Control your devices: After connecting your devices, you can use the Lutron app to control and manage your lights, shades, and temperature from anywhere. You can create schedules, set up scenes, and even enable geo-fencing to automate your devices based on your preferences.
