To connect the Laser PCO-AGAMEC-BK Wired PC Gaming Controller to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Plug the controller's USB cable into a free USB port on your Windows-based computer.
2. The computer should automatically detect the controller and set up basic drivers for use.
3. To confirm that the controller has been set up, go to the "Bluetooth & Other Devices" tab under "Settings" on your computer.
4. Open a gaming application such as Steam, Epic Games Store, or Xbox Game Pass.
5. The controller does not require calibration, but you can configure it using the individual app's Controller Settings option.
If your PC cannot detect the controller, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Go to "Settings" > "Devices" and check if your PC has installed the controller under "Other Devices".
2. Try using another USB port on your PC.
3. Test the controller on another PC to see if it is recognized.
4. Ensure that you are using one of the supported Windows versions: XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 & 11.
