To connect the Lexvss DU4L-YW Automatic Cat-Dog Feeder Dispenser to the Tuya Smart app, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have the Tuya Smart app installed on your smartphone. The app is available for both iPhone (iOS 9.0 or later) and Android (4.4 or later) devices.

2. Ensure that your wireless router supports 2.4GHz frequency (802.11 b/g/n) and that you have a high-speed internet connection.

3. Open the Tuya Smart app and sign up or log in to your account.

4. Click on the "+" icon in the top right corner of the app to add a new device.
