To clean the carbon grease filter mesh of the DRIJA Urano 76 Range Hood, you can follow one of the two methods mentioned in the user manual:
Method 1:
1. Put the mesh into clean water with a temperature of 40-50°C.
2. Pour a non-corrosive detergent onto the mesh and let it soak for 2-3 minutes.
3. Wear gloves and use a soft brush to gently clean the mesh. Avoid applying too much pressure to prevent damage.
4. Rinse the mesh thoroughly with clean water.
5. Allow the mesh to dry completely before reinstalling it into the range hood.
Method 2 (if instructed in the manual):
1. Place the mesh in a dishwasher.
2. Set the dishwasher temperature to around 60 degrees.
3. Run the dishwasher cycle to clean the mesh.
4. Once the cycle is complete, remove the mesh from the dishwasher and ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling it.
Note: It is important not to use abrasive detergents on the mesh as they can damage the material. Additionally, make sure to cut off the power to the range hood before cleaning and avoid getting the motor and other spare parts wet, as this can cause damage to the appliance.
