To arm and disarm the Scorpion Automotive S38 S Series alarm system, you can use the provided touch key or the RFID transponders (TAG cards). Here are the steps:
1. Arming the system:
- If you want to arm the system via the turn indicator flashes, make sure to connect the WHITE-ORANGE wire to one of the turn indicator wires.
- If you want to arm the system via the CAN BUS line or the door lock motors, follow the vehicle-specific installation instructions available on the manufacturer's website.
- Once the system is properly connected, it will automatically manage the arming signals based on the selected configuration.
2. Disarming the system:
- To disarm the system, use the touch key or one of the RFID transponders (TAG cards) provided.
- If using the touch key, simply touch it to the designated receptacle.
- If using the RFID transponders, bring the transponder close to the designated area on the vehicle.
