To clean the Vitamix A2300 and A2500 blenders, follow these steps:
1. Before cleaning, make sure to turn off and unplug the blender.
2. Remove the container from the blender base.
3. Wash the container, lids, lid plug, and tamper with warm, soapy water.
4. Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water.
5. If preferred, you can also clean the parts in the dishwasher.
6. Dry all parts with a clean, soft cloth.
7. To clean the blender base, wipe the outside surface with a damp, soft cloth or sponge that has been rinsed in a mild solution of washing-up liquid and warm water.
8. Immediately dry all surfaces and polish with a soft cloth.
Note: The container is designed to be completely cleanable without removing the retainer nut and blade assembly. Do not attempt to remove the retainer nut or blade assembly from the container.
