To clean and maintain your DRIJA Genova 76 Built-in-Gas Stove, follow these guidelines:
1. Before cleaning, disconnect the stove from the power source.
2. Clean the glazed parts and glass top with warm water and avoid using abrasive powders or corrosive substances.
3. Wash the removable parts of the burners with soap and warm water, making sure to remove any adhered substances.
4. Clean the automatic ignition pin carefully and ensure that the ignition continues to function normally.
5. For stainless steel and other steel parts, rinse them thoroughly with water and dry them to prevent staining from high concentration limestone water or corrosive detergents.
6. After cooking, clean the glass surface with a damp cloth to remove dust or food debris. Regularly clean the glass surface with water and non-corrosive detergent.
7. Use a cleaning scraper to remove any food or grease residues from the cooking surface while it is still warm.
8. For the grill/pan holder, clean it while it is still hot and rinse it with water.
9. Use neutral soaps and warm water to clean the glass of the stove, then wipe it dry with alcohol for a completely clean surface.
10. Over time, gas valves can get stuck. If this happens, clean the inside of the valve and grease it. This procedure should be performed by a technician authorized by the manufacturer.
