To connect the IMOU B5 Smart Bulb to the Imou Life App, please follow these steps:
1. Download and install the Imou Life App from the app store. You can either scan the QR code provided in the user guide or search for "Imou Life" in the app store.
2. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Imou Life App installed on your device.
3. Once the app is installed, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in if you already have one.
4. After logging in, the app will guide you through the setup process. Make sure that your smartphone or tablet is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as the IMOU B5 Smart Bulb only supports this frequency band.
5. xxxx the IMOU B5 Smart Bulb into a compatible E26 socket. Ensure that the power to the socket is turned off during installation.
6. Power on the bulb and wait for it to start blinking rapidly. This indicates that it is ready to be connected.
7. In the Imou Life App, tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select "Lighting" and then "IMOU B5 Smart Bulb" from the list of available devices.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the bulb to your Wi-Fi network. You will need to enter your Wi-Fi network name and password.
9. The app will then attempt to connect to the bulb. Once the connection is successful, you can customize the settings and control the bulb through the app.
