To connect your laptop to the HITACHI CP-X450 Smart LCD Projector, follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the projector and your laptop are powered off.
2. Locate the VGA or HDMI input port on the projector. The CP-X450 Smart LCD Projector has both VGA and HDMI input ports.
3. Connect one end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the corresponding port on your laptop.
- If your laptop has a VGA output, use a VGA cable.
- If your laptop has an HDMI output, use an HDMI cable.
4. Connect the other end of the cable to the VGA or HDMI input port on the projector.
5. Power on the projector and your laptop.
6. On the projector's remote control, press the "Input" or "Source" button to select the appropriate input source (VGA or HDMI) that you connected your laptop to.
7. On your laptop, go to the display settings and select the appropriate display mode to extend or duplicate your laptop's screen onto the projector.
