To switch between the Ventilate Only and Heat and Ventilate modes on the ClimaRad S-Fan+, you can use the function keys on the control panel. Here's how:

1. Automatic control: The ClimaRad S-Fan+ automatically controls room ventilation based on CO measurement and RV. To switch off the heating function, press the "2" button.

2. Manual ventilation with outside air: You can manually set your desired ventilation speed using the "+" and "-" buttons on the control panel. After 4 hours, the unit will switch back to automatic control. This function is useful for summer night ventilation or when you want to lower the temperature in your heated room by a few degrees. 

3. Comfort mode: The ClimaRad S-Fan+ preheats the outside air to 12ºC for a period of 8 hours. This mode can be activated by selecting the corresponding function key.
