Yes, as an employee of OPPO, you have the right and responsibility to report any violations of the Corporate Compliance Red Line. If you become aware of a violation, you should immediately stop the violation and report it to your supervisor or the Legal & Compliance Center. You can contact the Legal & Compliance Center by sending an email to compliance@oppo.com or by logging into the Legal Compliance Portal at https://lcp.myoas.com/. You can also reach out to your interface legal or compliance incident escalation for assistance in reporting the violation. The Legal & Compliance Center and other relevant departments will investigate the reported violations, and based on the investigation, appropriate actions will be taken to stop the violation and hold the violator accountable, depending on the nature of the violation.
