To adjust the weight of the dumbbell, follow these steps:
1. Keep the base cover upwards and turn it counter clockwise to open.
2. Add or remove the metal block to achieve your desired weight.
3. Turn the base cover clockwise to lock it in place.
Note: Make sure the base cover faces upwards during the adjustment to avoid any accidents. The dumbbell comes with 2pcs 1.1 lb (0.5kg) metal counter weights, and the total weight of the dumbbell is 4.4lb (2kg). The weight can be adjusted from 2.2 lb (1 kg) to 3.3 lb (1.5kg) and 4.4 lb (2kg). If you need a weight of 2.2 lb (1 kg), remove the two internal movable metal blocks. If you need a weight of 3.3 lb (1.5kg), only install the short metal blocks. When using the full weight of 4.4 lb (2kg), all the metal blocks should be installed.
