To install the Caple FOS/4IN1/SS FOSSO 4 in 1 Steaming Water Tap, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power outlet is correctly earthed and can be isolated by a switch.
2. Use a separate circuit for the boiler, which should also be correctly earthed.
3. Install the tap into the sink or worktop using a 35mm hole.
4. Install the hot/cold handle and electronic buttons onto the sink or worktop.
5. Connect the hot and cold flexi hoses to the base of the hot/cold handle.
6. Connect the boiling water and filtered water flexi hoses to the base of the spout.
7. Attach the T-piece connector to the cold mains water supply to allow a separate flow to go directly to the water filter.
8. Connect the blue tube from the T-piece connector to the inlet on the filter head.
9. Connect the filter head outlet to the splitter using another piece of the blue tube.
10. Connect the hot and cold tap tails directly to the hot and cold mains water.
11. Connect the boiling water and filtered water flexi tails to the outlets on the top of the electronic valve.
12. Attach the boiler inlet flexi tail to the valve on the side of the boiler and connect the other end to the blue tube using the push fit to threaded adaptor.
13. Attach the cold valve inlet flexi tail to the blue 'In' on the electronic valve and connect the other end to the blue tube using the push fit to threaded adaptor.
14. Attach the hot valve inlet flexi tail to the red 'In' on the electronic valve and connect the other end to the outlet on the top of the boiler.
15. Connect the clear silicone hose to the steam release valve on the side of the boiler and attach it to the existing plumbing using the threaded metal connector.
16. Turn on the standard cold/hot water supply using the hot/cold handle to test the water flow and switch it off once the flow becomes normal.
17. Before powering on the boiler, turn on the boiling water supply (press the boiling water button twice and then hold) until the water completely fills the boiler tank and begins to flow from the tap continuously. Let the water flow for at least 5 minutes to flush the tubes, boiler, and filter.
18. Check all connections for leaks and fix the boiler in its final location using the brackets provided.
19. Connect the boiler to the power supply and test the dispenser.
20. Adjust the temperature of the boiler using the control panel buttons.
21. The tap is now ready to use.
