Sure! Here are the step-by-step instructions to set up your TCL D-Series / D100 LED HDTV:
Step 1: Set up your TV
- Remove your TV from the box and place it on a firm, flat surface.
- If you are using the stand, carefully place your TV on a soft, cushioned surface.
- Insert the column of the stands into the TV and align the stands with the xxxx holes located on the TV.
- Secure the stands to the TV with four screws.
- If you are mounting your TV to the wall, do not attach the stands. Purchase a VESA wall mount and follow the instructions provided with the wall mount.
Step 2: Power up
- Insert the included batteries into the TV remote.
- Connect the power cable to the TV and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Connect other devices to the TV by referencing the port labels and descriptions.
Step 3: Your remote
- Familiarize yourself with the buttons on the TV remote.
- The remote includes a headphone jack for the included in-ear headphones.
- The remote can mute the TV when headphones are plugged in. Use the volume buttons on the side of the remote to control the headphone volume.
Step 4: Get to know your TV
- The status light on the TV glows when the TV is on standby and flashes when the TV is busy.
- Take note of the status light to understand the TV's current state.
