To manually wind your Movado SE Extreme Automatic Chronograph and Diver Watch, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the crown is in position 1 (normal running position) and unscrewed if it has a xxxx -down crown.
2. With the crown in position 1, turn it clockwise approximately 20 revolutions to wind the watch.
3. After winding, you may need to reset the time following the time-setting instructions in the user guide.
It's important to note that automatic watches are designed to be charged by the movement of your wrist during normal daily activities. However, if you haven't worn your watch for 62 hours or more and it has stopped, manual winding is necessary to get it started again.
