To set up and connect the SureFlap iMPDWT Microchip Pet Door without using a hub, follow these steps:
1. Install the pet door: Follow the installation instructions provided in the user manual to install the pet door in your desired location. Ensure that the door is securely fixed and aligned properly.
2. Insert batteries: Open the battery compartment on the inside of the pet door and insert four AA batteries. Make sure to follow the correct polarity indicated inside the compartment.
3. Program your pet's microchip: Place your pet's microchip against the reader on the inside of the pet door. The reader will emit a series of beeps to indicate that the microchip has been detected. Repeat this step for each pet you want to grant access to the door.
