To set up your Petcube Bites pet camera, follow these steps:
1. Download the Petcube app: First, download the Petcube app to your iOS or Android device. The app is available in the App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.
2. Connect your Petcube Bites to power: Plug in your Petcube Bites camera to a power source using the included power adapter.
3. Wait for the LED light to pulse green: After connecting the camera to power, wait for up to 30 seconds until the LED light on the camera starts pulsing green.
4. Open the Petcube app and create an account: Open the Petcube app on your device and either log in to your existing Petcube account or create a new account using your email or Facebook account.
5. Connect your Petcube Bites to the app: In the app, go to the "Home" tab and select "Connect your Petcube device." Choose "Petcube Bites" from the list of options.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions: The app will guide you through the setup process. Make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is turned on, as you may be asked to turn it on during the setup.
7. Connect to your home Wi-Fi network: When prompted, select your home Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks. Enter your network password if required.
8. Wait for the LED light to turn solid white: After entering your Wi-Fi network details, wait for the LED light on the Petcube Bites camera to turn solid white. This indicates that the camera is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
9. Start using your Petcube Bites: Once the LED light is solid white, you are ready to start using your Petcube Bites pet camera. You can access the camera's live stream, control the treat dispenser, and interact with your pet through the app.
