To connect your Optoma ML1050ST+ Short Throw Pocket LED Projector to your laptop, follow these steps:
1. Make sure both your projector and laptop are turned off.
2. Locate the HDMI or VGA port on your laptop. Most laptops have an HDMI port, but if your laptop only has a VGA port, you will need an HDMI to VGA adapter.
3. Connect one end of the HDMI cable (or HDMI to VGA adapter) to the HDMI port on your laptop.
4. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI input port on the back of the projector.
5. Turn on your laptop and then turn on the projector.
6. Press the "Source" button on the projector or use the remote control to select the HDMI input source.
7. Your laptop screen should now be displayed on the projector.
Note: If you are using a Macbook, you may need to use a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter instead of a regular HDMI cable.
