To connect your Epson PowerLite 85 Multimedia Projector to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your computer and projector are turned off.
2. Locate the computer video cable (VGA cable) that came with your projector.
3. Connect one end of the VGA cable to the computer's video output port.
4. Connect the other end of the VGA cable to the Computer/Component Video port on the projector.
5. If your computer has a DVI output, you will need a VGA to DVI adapter. Connect the VGA end of the adapter to the VGA cable and the DVI end to your computer's DVI output port.
6. Turn on your computer and projector.
7. Press the "Source Search" button on the projector's control panel or remote control to select the computer as the input source.
