1. Start by placing the feeder in a convenient location where your cat can easily access it.
2. Open the top lid of the feeder to reveal the food container. Fill the container with dry cat food up to the maximum capacity of 13 cups.
3. Next, adjust the portion size. Press the "Portion" button on the control panel to select the desired portion size. You can choose from 1 to 80 portions of 0.28 oz (or 1/16 cup) each.
4. To set the feeding schedule, press the "Time" button on the control panel. Use the arrow buttons to adjust the hour and minute for each mealtime. You can program up to six meals per day.
5. Once you have set the portion size and feeding schedule, press the "Enter" button to confirm the settings.
