To connect the SKYMEE Smart Automatic Pet Feeder to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Download the SKYMEE app: Scan the QR code provided in the user manual to download the SKYMEE app on your mobile device.
2. Power on the feeder: Insert three D batteries into the bottom of the feeder (optional) and turn on the switch. You can also connect the feeder to a power source using the USB cable.
3. Launch the SKYMEE app: Open the SKYMEE app on your mobile device and sign up for an account using your email or mobile number.
4. Add the feeder: In the top right corner of the app, select "Add a device" and then choose "Add automatic feeder".
5. Connect to Wi-Fi: Position the app's QR code in front of the feeder's camera and enter the correct 2.4GHz Wi-Fi password when prompted.
6. Set up a feeding schedule: After a successful connection, click "Next" and wait for the connection to establish. You can now configure the feeding schedule, including the number of meals per day, feeding time, portion size, and days of the week.
7. Live video and interaction: By connecting your account to multiple mobile devices, you can watch live video and interact with your pet anytime, anywhere.
If you encounter any issues with the Wi-Fi connection, please ensure that you are using a 2.4GHz wireless network (5GHz is not supported). Double-check that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly and is not longer than 16 characters. If needed, you can reset the feeder by inserting a pin or pen into the reset hole for five seconds.
