To set up the Nooie IPC100A Pet Camera with SD Card, please follow these steps:
1. Download the Nooie Cam App from your app store and create an account.
2. Connect the camera to a power outlet and wait for 15 seconds until the red status light flashes.
3. Open the Nooie Cam App and click "Add Camera" on the front page.
4. Follow the instructions on the app until you hear the sound prompt.
5. Once the setup is complete, you can start using the Nooie Cam!
Note: Please make sure that you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the camera does not support 5GHz networks.
