1. Before starting the installation, make sure to turn off the power to the circuit at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
2. Remove the wallplate and the switch mounting screws.
3. Carefully remove the existing switch from the switch box without disconnecting the wires.
4. Identify the different xxxx terminals on the Enbrighten 47189 Smart Light Switch: GROUND (Green/Bare), LINE OR LOAD (Black, connected to power or lighting), TRAVELER (Red/Other, only in 3-way installations), and NEUTRAL (White).
