To install the Armacost Lighting 213412 Puck Lights, you have two options: flush mount or surface mount.
1. Flush Mount:
- Cut a 2-1/4 inch diameter hole at the desired location.
- Insert the light into the hole, and the tension clips will hold it in place. No trim ring is required.
2. Surface Mount:
- Keep the power cable threaded through the trim ring.
- Install the trim ring using screws.
- Insert the light into the trim ring until it is secure.
It is important to note that before installing, you should disconnect all power. Additionally, wire runs inside walls must be installed in accordance with national and local electrical codes, using properly certified CL2 or better cabling. Do not install low-voltage wiring in the same wire run as AC power.
